A blurb from the book I am finishing editing now, that I wrote these past few months. Its called When the truth hunts you down.
Luke 17:6 talks about the faith of a mustard seed. That seed is very small. But Jesus said that even the smallest of faith can move those struggles for you. Of course, He uses the analogy of uprooting a mulberry tree, but that mustard seed size faith can move mountains. It did for me. I bought a mustard seed necklace as a reminder of that verse and what God did for me. When I went in, I had little faith that God was going to do what He promised because I had never allowed Him to help me. I always interfered. I always got in the way. So now, I let God lead the way. Because I am a child of God, I can wear a crown. I can triumph over fear, doubt, lies, insecurities, depression, low self-esteem, and whatever is trying to bring me down and hold me there because, through Christ, I rule my kingdom. It is ruled by His Word, and by His love. The crown is also a symbol of something else that I cannot wait to do. In Heaven, we will receive crowns for doing what God tells us to do, to lead others to Christ, to plant those seeds. And we get to give those crowns to Christ. Do you have crowns to give Him? That is what my logo is for my speaking, it’s a crown. It has this in one of the jewels, IN2L. It stands for it's never too late. It’s never too later to let go and let God, it’s never too late to change. It’s never to late to accept Christ as your savior. It’s never too late to change careers, it’s never too late to go back to school. It’s never too late to be a better spouse, child, employee, boss, sibling, parent, or anything else that you are. I didn’t go back to school until I was 32 years old. But I did it and it took me 8 years to get that degree, but I got it. It took me 50 years to realize my value, my worth, and my purpose, but I found it. What’s stopping you? Only you are stopping yourself from achieving what you want in life. If you are stuck, only you can keep you there. Only you are allowing it and only you can change it. I like to be a change agent. I am a professor of change. Educated by God, equipped by the Holy Spirit to do it, and Jesus rides shotgun with me everywhere I go. With the trinity by my side, in my heart, and guiding the way, I will not fail. If you let God guide and lead you, you won’t either.
